Overview

Follower from rotation plus scaling — locus remains a circle.

Explanation

Variant: obtain the follower by rotating the driver about a fixed point, then scaling.
Rotation and homothety both preserve circular shape, so the locus stays a circle.
The new center is the image of the old center; radius scales by the factor.
